Hotel florist on the Costa del Sol

Seasonal flowers for hotels, clubs and restaurants, renewed every week.

Space by space

Designed for the way each space is used

Each part of the hotel asks something different of its flowers, so every arrangement is planned around what happens beside it.

Lobby and reception

Lobby flower arrangements set the scale of the welcome. Each piece is sized to the height of the room, the lines of the interior and the colours of your brand. The flowers follow the season, so returning guests see the space change.

Restaurant and bar

Weekly flowers for restaurants and bars have to share the table. Near food, we choose stems with little scent. On tables, pieces stay low enough to talk across. The flowers sit beside the meal, never in front of it.

Bedrooms and suites

In bedrooms and suites, flowers should feel personal and quiet. Pieces are smaller, sized for a desk or a dressing table. We avoid loose pollen, and every vessel is chosen to protect wood, stone and fabric.

What is included

An annual floral programme for your property

Florium is a hotel florist on the Costa del Sol, working from its atelier in Pueblo Nuevo de Guadiaro, Sotogrande, with luxury hotels, private members’ clubs and restaurants on annual contracts. A single floral contract covers your lobby, restaurant, bar and bedrooms. Every arrangement starts from the character of your property and evolves as it does.

A guest sees the flowers in the lobby before anyone at reception has spoken. They are one of the first things your property says about itself, and often one of the details a guest remembers from the stay. We plan them with the same care as the lighting or the linen.

  • Delivery every week, included in the contract
  • A new seasonal design twice a year
  • One account manager for your property
  • Invoiced once a quarter

An arrangement in conversation with its surroundings.

The process

From first visit to first delivery

01

The visit

We meet at your property, or at the atelier by appointment, after you send us a short enquiry. Ideally, whoever looks after the spaces and the brand joins us. Together we walk each area and see how it is used.

02

The proposal

The proposal takes each space in turn: seasonal flowers, colour palette, the scale of every piece and the mood it should carry. It also sets out how the programme is invoiced each quarter. Each proposal is written for one property alone.

03

The weekly delivery

Each week, we set up the new arrangements ahead of your guests. The previous week’s flowers leave with us. Twice a year, the design is renewed with the season. Between visits, your account manager is your one contact.

Restraint

A small atelier, by choice

We keep our list of clients short on purpose. That way, the people who design your programme are the same people who set it up each week. The bedside table in a standard room receives the care we give the lobby.

Florium is a family atelier in Pueblo Nuevo de Guadiaro, with more than twenty years in the area. You can read how Florium began. As a hotel florist based in Sotogrande, we are a short drive from the hotels around us. How cover works for holidays and absences is set out before the contract begins.

Questions about hotel floral programmes

The flowers are changed every week, as part of the annual contract. Each delivery brings new arrangements for every space in the programme. Beyond the weekly change, the whole design is renewed twice a year, so the lobby in winter does not look like the lobby in summer.

Yes, the arrangements follow your brand standards. We start from what makes your property recognisable: its colours, materials and the way it presents itself. Your brand or interiors team reviews the proposal before the first delivery and again at each seasonal refresh. Our portfolio shows the range of the work.

Yes, deliveries continue through August and on public holidays, following the calendar in your contract. Those are often the busiest weeks of your year, so your account manager plans them with you well in advance. Cover for illness or absence in our own team is agreed with you at the start.

Yes, you can begin with a trial before committing to an annual contract. Its length and the spaces it includes are agreed in the proposal. A trial lets your team see the weekly rhythm, and work with your account manager, before deciding on the full year.

Yes, Florium can provide what a hotel or hotel group usually asks of a new supplier. That covers VAT invoices, public liability insurance and registration with your purchasing department. Proposals, contracts and invoices can be issued in English or Spanish. Send your supplier checklist with your enquiry and we will answer each point.

Yes, Florium works with hotels beyond Sotogrande, in San Roque and across the Campo de Gibraltar. Properties further along the Costa del Sol are considered one by one, depending on distance and the weekly schedule. Mention where your property is when you first get in touch.

Every hotel floral programme is costed individually, in a proposal for your property. Three things set the cost: how many spaces are included, how large each piece is and which flowers the season offers. Weekly delivery sits within that price, and you are billed quarterly rather than after each visit.
